We entertain often, and with some practice, it becomes really simple! I want to share a fantastic recipe that is easy to produce and is always a winner with your guests (unless they have nut allergies). This recipe is adapted from New York City chef Jody Williams who creates delightfully simple Italian fare that is meant to be paired with wine, so when you are making this recipe - don't forgot the wine!
The completed pesto is meant to be placed on a half slices of lightly toasted bread (au pain levain or similar country style loaf)
